Afternoon all – how is your Monday going so far? You may remember my fairly recent Heavenly Homes – Stripes post, on stripes in the home? I think fabulous bold stripes in the home can make a real statement and they can also do the same thing when it comes to fashion.

I thought I would share a few examples and a bit of inspiration for striped fashion with you today, and here is a bit of Delightful Inspiration before we start. I am loving stripes with stripes at the moment (so maybe a striped jumper over a differently striped shirt) – it looks cool and using colours with it works too!

A few of my favourites striped ensembles in the Delightful Lookbook below – I would wear all of these and that long dress is especially fabulous! To those who avoid horizontal stripes because they think it makes them look fat – this is a lie! I saw a programme recently where some clever scientists had conducted studies and experiments and it is apparently not true

Now for some Delightful Accessories… I so want a pair of those stockings, and the Louboutins obviously! If you are a bit unsure about a striped outfit, then accessories (as always) are a good place to start.
