Afternoon all. I was recently asked to review this John Frieda Full Repair hair care range and as a bit of a beauty product junkie I immediately said yes!

I have long dark hair and, although it is in fairly decent condition, like most of us I do abuse it fairly regularly with colouring, blow drying and straightening!

I have been using the shampoo, conditioner and styling spray and must say that it has made my hair feel great. I love that feeling when you wash out the conditioner and your hair feels super soft – this range does that! I also think that shine is very important and my hair has been lovely and shiny since using.

A problem I often have with such long hair is that it is quite knotty after washing and I have to spend about half an hour brushing, before I even get to drying! Conditioning is therefore very important for me and using these products do seemed to have helped with this – brushing time is reduced!

The styling spray is heat activated so I have a good spray before drying/straightening and it definitely seems to give a smooth finish, whilst protecting from the heat – so great.
