Welcome to Delightful
Welcome to my fashion & lifestyle blog. This is an accumulation of all of my delightful finds, as well as a bit about me! Hopefully you will pop back to get your daily dose of delightfulness.
Afternoon all – I hope you are having a fabulous Sunday? I have got lots of work done this weekend, but managed to squeeze in a bit of shopping this afternoon too, so not all bad!
Apart from a lot of work this week, the other main thing that has been going on is that I started going to the gym again! As far as locations go for a gym – this must be one of the best! Lainston House (luxury hotel) is the closest thing to me with a gym, so I am now a member there. Pretty ay?!
As I have already expressed (don’t want to labour the point!) – I am hating every minute of this gym malarkey! My husband always tells me it is because I am built for comfort, not speed – hehe! It has to be done though – no pain, no gain! This is the evil cross trainer that I have got to know well this week.
After a horrible workout in the gym these pretty tulips made me smile on the way back to my car.
I am not a smoker (anymore!) and neither is my husband – but he does like a good cigar on the odd occasion, so he was delighted when I brought these Cohiba’s back from Dubai for him. Love the packaging!
As I said, I did manage to squeeze a bit of shopping in today and was loving the Summery colours in Zara.
The main aim of my shopping trip was to get a birthday present for the mother in law’s 60th birthday! We have already got her main present, but needed something else to go with it. I found this Vera Wang compact mirror with leather case which I think/hope is perfect!
I thought it would be rude to go shopping and not get anything for me (hehe) so I got this gorgeous and very sparkly knitted vest top from River Island. It has a really low back, so I will wear a little lacy cami underneath so I don’t feel too naked!
I hope you have enjoyed this little peak into my week – pop back next Sunday for another week in Instagram.
Have a lovely evening and I shall be back soon xx
