Happy weekend! What did you all do for, and think of, the opening ceremony last night, for the Olympics?

Another great food post this morning from Camille Styles – Nicoise Salad – but prepared in a cute jar so you can take it anywhere. Perfect for work, picnics or just to keep in the fridge.

What do you think? I love Nicoise salad and think the jar idea is great – I may have to plan a picnic party, just so I can do this!
