Morning all – another week over with and now very nearly Christmas! Over the next few days I will be posting my gift guides for the home, for him & her and for pets so keep your eyes peeled for those.
I love buying and receiving gifts for the home and so am starting my gift guide here. This is a selection of my favourite things – some of which I am buying as gifts and others that I am hoping for myself!
Jo Malone Candle
I love Jo Malone candles and think they make a great gift – they come in a lovely box with Jo Malone matches. I like them all but particularly love the smell of the Wild Fig & Cassis. The standard size candles are £38 and burn for 45 hours.
Angel Wing Mirrors
How fab are these mirrored angel wings from Graham and Green?! They cost £175 and would make a lovely gift.
Super soft throw & cushions
I think anything from The White Company makes a great gift and you can never have too many cushions and throws, so this is the perfect present. The throw is £125 and cushions £55.
I spotted these lamps on What Wilson Wants earlier and quickly added them to my own wishlist! I have my own real bunny Winston, so they maybe appeal to me more than others?! They are £350 – but very cool. They are by Moooi and can be purchased on EDC London.
Cath Kidston Tea Set
Cath Kidston is another great place for presents. I have had my eye on this teapot for a while now, so hope it will be under my tree! The set is £40 and or the cup and saucer is £10.
Crowned Rabbit Bust
OMG – I love this! It is £128 from Anthropologie and inspired by a Mexican folk mask, but with a whimsical twist! This would be perfect for the blank wall in my office!
Leopard Print Wrap
How fab is this leopard print wrap from Not On The High Street! They come in 3 sizes and cost £10 – £14. They slip over cans and pots and come already fastened with a uniquely designed gold plated hat pin, embellished with a vintage button and green velvet ribbon detail.
Pretty storage is always a good idea for a home gift – chests, baskets, trunks, boxes etc. These chests are from Bouf and come in 4 sizes which start from £59.95.
What do you think? Any of this on your Christmas list?
I am now off to brave the shops – have not done a bit of Christmas shopping yet! Think a quick stop at Starbucks for a gingerbread latte is in order first though! Have a lovely weekend and I shall be back soon xx
