Mine was great – the sun was shining, I am finally feeling better after having the flu and on Sunday morning I went for a run – my first bit of exercise in over a year, so a big deal for me!

Ok, so I only ran about 2 miles but it actually nearly killed me and I must say I feel much better for doing it! I have been feeling quite smug and pleased with myself ever since! I really do not enjoy exercise but have got to that point now where I know I need to do something – to lose a bit of weight and just to get fit and feel healthy… so wish me luck!
